Why do we have a reserve fund?
A reserve fund is to prevent increasing dues because of an unforeseeable issue. When an HOA without money in a reserve fund faces expenses outside its general operations budget, the HOA will likely have two choices: increase dues significantly right away, or levy special assessments. So it is recommended to have a reserve

MetroNet has officially announced that it will expand into Oswego with construction activity beginning immediately. We have reached out to them and they are starting with construction in the Ogden Falls area. They will notify us when they know of a timeframe and/or when construction begins for our community.

On September 25 a Churchill Club Boy Scout will be hosting a Dog Days Social next to the Churchill Clubhouse. This is an Eagle Scout Rank project for a pet supply donation drive benefiting the Naperville Humane Society. At this event, pets and their owners may take part in an obstacle course, interact with other dogs, and donate needed items
V3 has finished the woody removal from the Churchill Club Basin on the west side of Douglas this past Thursday 9/1/16.
